Peterson's story

Peterson is 55 years old and a farmer. He is married to Elemina, a businesswoman. They are blessed with four children. Peterson has been farming for the past twenty years, with a monthly income of KES 50,000, which he uses to support his family.

Peterson is applying for his fifth loan from Kenya Agency for Development of Enterprise and Technology (KADET), after successfully repaying the previous loans. He will use the loan to buy farm manure and start a banana tissue nursery.

With the anticipated profit from the business, Peterson intends to build rental houses and educate his children. His hope and dream is to be able to supply two tons of bananas per month.
