Ana's story

Ana is 28 years old. She is a hardworking woman who really wants to get ahead. She lives with Luis, who is a merchant and the father of three children, named Jouliet, Luis and Luciano, aged 7, 5 and 1 respectively. Together they live comfortably in a rented house with her sister and nephew.

Ana's activity is selling fruit from the region where she lives and various flavors of drinks. For this she sets up a table every day in front of her house where she puts out her fruit and drinks and offers them for sale. She has a good clientele because she is friendly and her drinks are delicious. She started more than 2 years ago with a loan from MFP. So far, she has been doing it alone, but at times her sister helps her.

She considers her business to be very profitable because of the income it brings in and the popularity of it. She started her business out of necessity of having a trade to generate her own income. also, sometimes her spouse' income wasn't enough, and she decided yo help with the household expenses.
She did this to offer her children a better quality of life.

Now, seeing the good results she is having, she wants to continue with her business and get into selling groceries. To do that, she wants to open a small store in her house. This will be loan number 4 with the MFP institution. She is grateful for the financial support she will receive. This way, she will feel safer going forward with her plans.

With the amount of 700 nuevos soles she has asked for, she will invest in buying sodas to stock her business. She will also get various fruits, seeking good prices for her purchases so she can make more profit.
