Noor's story

Noor is 36 years old, married, and has four children. She had a difficult time after her husband's business failure. She decided to work with her husband to support her family. Two years ago she began stitching work in her house. She stitches for her neighbors and uses the income to support her entire family. Due to lack of availability of funds, Noor is unable to meet the daily demands of her customers. She is requesting a loan from Kashf Foundation for 20,000 PKR, which she will use to buy raw material including spools of threads, packs of buttons, laces, and zippers in various colors to create a means of increasing her revenue.
