Francisca is a single mother, who is 51 years old and has two sons of 12 and 18 years of age. Their father left them when the youngest child was one year old, from that moment they never again knew about him.

From a young age, she worked in the municipality of Shinahota with his family in agriculture, working in lots of pineapple, banana, cassava, maize, rice, papaya, etc, where she gained enough experience.

Francisca is currently working with the help of her two sons. They have managed to save to buy their own lot in a remote village called "Estaño Colorado", in the municipality of Chimoré.

She is requesting a loan to purchase inputs to have her own harvest. Francisca tells us that it was always her dream that her children and the next generations will not have to live the same life she had. She hopes they will have a more quiet life.
