Julius's story

Julius is a 42-year-old married man. He has 5 children that range in age from 10 to 25 years. He describes himself to be an honest, focused and determined man. He operates a retail shop where he sells household items and vegetables such as onions, potatoes, bread, soda, tea leaves, cooking fat, sugar etc. He has been involved in this business for 20 years. His business is located in a visible business area and his primary customers are local residents. He describes his biggest business challenge to be lack of finances to expand his business. He will use the KES 100,000 loan to buy household items and vegetables. His business goal is to expand his business within 5 years.
