Rosario's story

Rosario, 43, is a friendly and enterprising woman. She has three children, one of whom is an adult and self-sufficient at 27 years old, her second child, Darcery, is 5 years old and Richard is 2 years old. They live together in their own home.

Rosario is a woman who is not afraid of tackling major challenges, this is why when she saw the need for money which she was short of every month, she decided to sell delivery-style breakfasts. To do so, she relied on a list of customers that included her co-workers from her previous job where she worked as a cleaner. Four years have passed and the business is going well as she has regular orders and she never lets anyone down. Rosario is pleased when she sees that her profits are growing as this will help her to offer her children a better quality of life.

This is Rosario's 4th loan with MFP and she is very content knowing that she has financial support as she feels sure of progressing with her work. She pledges to continue being punctual and meet the repayments as scheduled. With the sum of 2,500 Peruvian Nuevos Soles, Rosario will buy ingredients and supplies such as rice, sugar, noodles, eggs, chicken and so on, all of which is to prepare dishes and to continue with her business, as well as enable her to seek wholesale prices which she hopes will enable her to have larger profits.
