A loan of $1,000 helped to buy cattle to fatten and sell on.

María Concepción's story

María is 43 years old and has a partner and two daughters. She is hard-working and makes a living raising young animals, such as chicken and pigs. She learned this trade from her mother, who taught her to work and earn a living. She now looks after cattle on a private farm.

The loan the María is applying for from Fundación Campo is to buy cattle to fatten up and to later sell. Through this she will continue working to generate income for her family and to acquire more cattle. She wants to have around ten dairy cows and she wants for her daughters to do well every day so they can improve their quality of life.
