Moniuma lives in Sinkor, one of the areas where living conditions are almost the same as those for the people who live in the center of Monrovia. She is 36 years old, married and has three children between ages of four and 17 who are in school and live at home. She was able to attend school.
For 15 years now, she has been involved in local soap-making. Sometimes her customers take credit and don't pay. She learned this trade from her school. She likes her business because it makes her self-sufficient. She is requesting a loan to purchase caustic soda, wood, oil and plastic for her business. Her plan is to build her house and take care of her children.
