Akbermet's story

Akbermet is the borrower's full name, but she goes by Bermet. Bermet is a 56-year-old widow with grown and independent children. Since 1979 Bermet has been working in animal husbandry. She started this business with 5,000 KGS. Now, Bermet has a developed and very well managed farm. Her earnings allowed her to pay all the family's expenses. This profit allowed Bermet create the necessary framework for her children to start their own families. In order to further expand her business, she turned to Bai-Tushum and Partners for a loan of 100,000 KGS to buy cows, and to increase her profit from the sale of milk. Bermet plans to invest her earnings into expanding her farm.
