Josphat's story

Josphat is a married man. He has two children. He describes himself as an ambitious man. He operates a motorcycle, with which he provides transportation services. He has been involved in this business for four years. His business is located in an area conducive to business, and his primary customers are local residents. He says his biggest business challenge is the poor road network, especially during rainy seasons.

He will use the KES 50,000 loan to purchase another motorcycle, which will increase his ability to provide transportation. His business goal is to run a retail shop within 5 years. This is his fifth loan with SMEP DTM, after taking a previous loan of KES 30,000, which he managed to repay successfully.
