Taha's story

Taha, a 37-year-old married man with two children, lives in the city of Taiz, Yemen. He is a secondary school graduate. He is a symbol of ambition and industry. He is a worker in the General Organization for Roads and Bridges. During more than seven years, he was able to buy a small piece of land and build a small house. Taha is ready to leave a rented house and move into his own house, but he has no money left to pay for furniture; therefore, he applied for a loan in the amount of 100,000 YER to pay for his new house furniture. Taha looks forward to continuing accumulating money to build the second floor and rent it, and to open a grocery store.
