Abdullah's story

Abdullah, a 45-year-old married man, lives with his six children in a rented house in Taiz, Yemen. He owns a grocery store. He started off by working in a grocery store and eventually accumulated money and opened his own. As Abdullah wants money to purchase food products for his store, he has asked for a loan of 200,000 YER from Al-Amal Microfinance Bank (AMB). He hopes to improve his family's living conditions and become a merchant.
