Kenjegul's story

Kenjegul is 47 years old, married, and she and her husband have three children. Kenjegul's son is studying at the university in Bishkek. One daughter is married, and the youngest daughter in college in Talas. Kenjegul is the primary source of income for her family. She started her animal husbandry business 16 years ago with 5,000 KGS. Because of Kenjegul and her family's hard work, the farm currently has two dairy cows. In order to further expand her business, Kenjegul turned to Bai-Tushum and Partners for a loan in the amount of 50,000 KGS to purchase additional cows to increase her revenue from the sale of milk and dairy products. Kenjegul plans to invest the income from the loan in her children's education and the welfare of the family.
