Estrelita has been a good borrower, all throughout her loan period. She is now 49 years of age, married, with four children. She spends much of her income on her youngest child's education and her four hectares of rice field.
Estrelita has been operating her general store for 15 years. She is really grateful to God because, through her perseverance, determination, and adaptation of new marketing strategies, she is able to improve her financial stability and sustain her family's necessities. She is not yet satisfied with her little success, instead she still hopes for the continuous, smooth flow of her sales and profit.
With regards to this matter, she is requesting a loan of PHP 50,000 which will be used to buy grocery items for her general store, such as soft drinks, assorted biscuits, instant noodles, and personal hygiene items. She hopes that this loan amount will be granted for her to have a viable source of income until she has the strength to improve her general store.
