A loan of $350 helped to buy more quarry stone.

Jose Antonio's story

José, 46, is from the Las Banderas region, from the outskirts of Teustepe. He's married and the father on a 17-year-old child who is currently in his fifth year of secondary studies.

He's a merchant by trade and makes a living buying and selling quarry stone. He started in the field of commerce when he was very young with the help of a friend who rented him a truck so he could go out to sell quarry stone on foot. He has been able to increase his sales and earned better profits because with his profits he was able to buy his first truck, which he has owned for more than 15 years. This was his first business.

His expectation is to expand his business. This is why he needs the loan to buy more quarry stone. He thinks this loan would help him buy more stone wholesale, with the goal of earning extra income. His future plans are to pay back the loan and request another one.
