Many residents of the Varzob district provide (taxi) services because of a lack of public transportation. Habibullo is taking a loan to purchase a car, which he is currently renting. Habibullo wants to buy a car and start a business using his own private automobile.

He plans to transport passengers between Varzob and Dushanbe, because there is no public transportation along this route. He wants to provide his services to the population of the city and the surrounding district.
