Simeho is a 34-year-old married man, with three children, living in Kasese, Uganda. He has been in the retail business for ten years. He works seven days a week and twelve hours a day in a rural area. He earns an additional income from farming. Simeho started his business so as to be self-employed, and intends to use the money from the loan to buy sugar, soap and soda. He hopes to expand his business despite the challenges of inadequate capital.
