Elisma's story

Elisma, 37, is married and has two children. She lives in a village belonging to the municipality of Tela, Atlántida. Elisma decided five years ago to go into commerce and sell assorted clothes like jeans, shirts, pants, sheets and others; she also sells cosmetics, perfume and creams. She sells from place to place on order and at home. She’s been an ODEF client for three cycles and is currently asking for a 20,000 Lempira loan to buy more merchandise like clothes and cosmetics to stock up on and sell. Her goal is to offer more and better products to make the business grow and in future be able to do some home improvements.
