El señor Eleno tiene 20 años, es soltero y vive con su madre en la ciudad de Carapeguá. Desde muy joven empezó a salir a vender las colchas que ellos mismos producen con su mamá, después de 5 años se independizó y empezó a trabajar por cuenta propia. Lleva productos artesanales de la zona a venderlos por las ciudades de Fernando de la Mora y Asunción, transportándose en su motocicleta que gracias a este trabajo logró comprarse y así mantener a su clientela.
Solicita el préstamo para la compra de hamacas, frazadas y sábanas puesto que tiene muchos pedidos de estos productos.
