Rahab's story

Rahab is a married woman. She has four children, whose ages range from 6 to 14 years. She describes herself as a polite and jovial woman. She operates a business; she provides garbage collection services. She has been involved in this business for five years. Her business is located in a busy market, and her primary customers are shopkeepers. She says her biggest business challenge is the lack of a room, from which to serve her customers. She will use the KES 20,000 loan to buy materials to use in collecting garbage. Her business goal is to run a large garbage collection company within five years. This is her first loan with SMEP DTM.
