Purity's story

Purity is a lady of 37, married to John, and a mother of two children. She sells cosmetics and curtains in Kangemi and has been in this business for seven years. She gets a monthly income of KES 26,000 (Kenya shillings).

This will be Purity's third loan with Kenya Agency for Development of Enterprise and Technology (KADET). She plans to use the entire loan to buy more curtains, cosmetics, and accessories, like bangles, earrings, and chains to sell. In the future, she wants to open a shop.
