A loan of $575 helped to buy a shampoo sink and a dressing table.

Samuel Enrique's story

"Life is a puzzle and the pieces come together at the right time": with this phrase, Samuel, 44 years old, tells how he became a barber.

In search of better educational opportunities, Samuel, still being young, moved to the city with the intention of completing his secondary education.
He lived at his aunt's house who was a hairdresser and who taught him the trade. Afterwards, he entered military service, and there he became the barber of his squad. In this way, he acquired the technique and perfected it by entering an institute to earn his certification.

With this career path, Samuel decided to settle in the municipality of Andes, Colombia where he set up his barbershop which, operates daily from 8 A.M. until 8 P.M. Presently, he is requesting a loan to invest in the purchase of a shampoo sink and a dressing table in order to provide better service.
