A loan of $375 helped to pay for raw ingredients, like rice, pork, chicken, vegetables, and other products needed in her food stall business.

Editha's story

This is Editha. Her previous loan was a big help to her food stall. It also helped her in her everyday expenses and in the education of her children. She and her husband are working hard to continuously provide income for their family.

Editha would like to apply for another PHP 15,000 loan to buy raw ingredients, like rice, pork, chicken, vegetables, and other products needed in her business. Her profits from the business will definitely help her to sustain her daily needs and pay the educational expenses of her children. She looks forward to this financial increase with gladness and thankfulness in her heart.

Editha dreams to have other businesses and hopes that her children will finish their studies. Every week, she faithfully meets with her co-fellowship members to share stories of her work and also to draw strength and inspiration from the Word of God that she studies.

* All Center for Community Transformation Credit Cooperative (CCT) community partners/clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social capital, and pay microfinance loans.
