Gladys es la presidenta del grupo, y cuenta que ella siempre apoya a sus compañeras en todo lo que puede y que les insta a poder seguir con sus negocio y que no se desanimen, ella por su parte se dedica a la lavandería, Lava muchas prendas por día, cuenta que es un trabajo muy sacrificado, pero que por medio de esto ayuda a su familia.
