San Cayetano Group's story

The communal bank "San Cayetano" is comprised of 20 women who have a desire for financial success. They are humble mothers from families with limited resources who work daily to support their families and give them the dignity of a good life. They are enterprising people who each have their own businesses, but they work together and support each other as a group, seeking to succeed with their families.

One of these women is Margarita, who is a dressmaker. She states that at first it was a bit difficult, but over time she has been gaining ground, and today she is very well-known for the work that she does. Most of her neighbors come to her business, as well as people from other places. Margarita's goal is to continue to grow the business so that she can help her family.

Margarita is requesting a loan to invest in the purchase of fabric, thread, buttons, zippers, elastic, and other supplies that she uses to make garments.
