Amudan is a 32 year old, married man living in Bundibugyo, Uganda. Seven years ago he decided to venture into a retail shop business in order to supplement his cocoa business. He is a very ambitious man who also works in local government and has a motorcycle transport business. The high costs of operations and price fluctuations hinder his business. His dream is to expand his cocoa plantation and own a wholesale shop. Amudan is requesting a loan to buy general merchandise, such as bread and salt to sell.
This loan provides farmers and low-income entrepreneurs from underserved rural areas with access to financial services. By supporting this loan, you allow more farmers and rural entrepreneurs to access capital.
