Yamili Zamir's story

Yamali, 28, lives in Ica, Peru. Ica is a warm and welcoming city, which has many tourist attractions like "The Huacachina Lagoon". Yamali is a young woman eager to get ahead, which is how, with a lot of effort, she was able to get a degree in primary education. As a result, she was able to get a job at a school in her city, where she currently works. She works around 8 hours a day and the fruit of her labor, she is able to help her parents with household expenses. She believes she is doing well at work because she is very charismatic with the children, and above all, she is very patient.

Yamali is very grateful to Kiva lenders because with their help, she can make improvements to her home, which is made of adobe. She will reinforce the walls with good-quality material and with this improvement she will be able to have a better quality of life and above all, give her family a better quality of life and keep striving to realize her dream of having a master's degree in education.
