A loan of $500 helped to buy baking supplies and fresh cheese.

Mirian Del Carmen's story

Mirian, 43, is married and has six children. She works doing her domestic chores at home and with help from her two oldest daughters who are 18 and 22 years of age bakes bread. Her husband works in agriculture with their sons.

The loan she’s asking Fundación Campo for is to buy flour, sugar, shortening and eggs, among other supplies needed to bake bread and also to buy fresh cheese to sell. With the loan she hopes to increase bread and fresh cheese production that she’s unable to do so far for lack of economic resources. Her objective is to work well with the Fundación so that the door to future loans she may need will always be open.
