Rahaf Group's story

Rahaf is a four-member group from Aden, Yemen. All the members are women. They have requested a 190,000 YER loan to buy cosmetics and clothes.

Dhanein 34, is the mother of four children. Two of them are in enrolled in public schools. She only knows how to read and write. Two years ago, Dhanein decided to help her husband. He works very hard and does his best to provide his family with food and clothes, but, unfortunately, the money he makes is really not enough. In the beginning, she started going to door to door, selling others products. After she had enough experience in selling cosmetics and clothes, she intends to have her own business selling clothes, perfumes and incense; therefore, she asked for a loan of 50,000 YER to buy clothes, perfumes and incense to resell. She hopes that she makes profits from buying a lot of products and selling them to new clients in different quarters and places in her city.
