A loan of $625 helped to buy more recyclable trash to process and sell to manufacturers.

Florenia's story

This is Florenia. She previously accessed a 20,000 PHP loan that she used to purchase scrap materials needed in her business. Her earnings were a big help with their personal, household and business expenditures. She is thankful for her loved ones who help her with her everyday expenses as she also works hard for her business to continuously grow.

She would like to apply for another 25,000 PHP loan. She will be incorporating the loan in her current revolving fund used to buy scrap and recyclable materials. Her profits from the business will definitely help her to sustain her daily needs. She looks forward to this financial increase with gladness and thankfulness in her heart.

Florenia dreams of being able to help her relatives and dreams that her business will grow more in the coming years. She faithfully meets up with her co-fellowship members every week to share stories of their work. There she can also draw strength and inspiration from the Word of God she studies.

* All CCT community partners/clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social capital, and pay microfinance loans.
