A loan of $900 helped to buy an industrial sewing machine.

Nhadeska Suyen's story

Nhadeska, 27, is a native of Managua. She is married, and is the mother of 3 children aged 5, 8, and 10, who all attend school. She is a merchant who has a sewing workshop. She had an ambition to become a businesswoman from the time that she was very young. She started selling costume jewelry with her own capital, but this business did not generate much profit, so she decided to work in a sewing workshop to gain experience and master the business. She saw that this business was very profitable and would generate daily income, so she decided to start up her own business with the help of her husband and 2 employees who help her with the sewing.

Nhadeska is requesting a loan to buy an industrial sewing machine. She thinks that this loan, by helping her to buy a new machine, will enable her to deliver her clothing orders on time to her customers. This will make her business grow, and enable her to offer her clothing for sale in the supermarkets. Nhadeska's next goal is to increase the amount of work she has so that she can have extra income.
