A loan of $800 helped to buy school supplies wholesale in addition to dry-goods.

Diana's story

Diana, age 48, is a hard-working woman. She lives with her husband, Alberto, and their two children, Katherin and Omar. She takes care of them in the house that she bought 15 years ago.

Ten years ago she opened a store selling desk supplies like papers, pencils, colored pencils, books, and other items. Because there is good movement in the place, she thought of selling more than supplies. She thought of selling candy and incidentals like stuffed animals, pitchers, cups, chocolates for special occasions, and other thing that her customers can buy for any event.

She now wishes to increase her capital in order to stock her store. Classes will start within a few months, and she will have a lot of sales. Therefore, she is planning on buying merchandise at this time, when prices are lower.

This is her 14th loan with MFP. She is grateful for the support she has received. This way she is comfortable about investing. She pledges to make her payments punctually. Her association taught her to be responsible.

Diana will use the money to buy school supplies wholesale in addition to dry-goods.
