A loan of $1,375 helped to buy wool in bulk.

Betzabe's story

Betzabe, age 47, is a hardworking woman. She lives with her daughters, Lucia and Betsy, and cares for them in the house that she bought 17 years ago. Betzabe has been knitting for more than seven years. She works comfortably out of her house and on a few occasions she will receive help from her mother so that she can complete the work. Betzabe generally receives orders that have been placed by her customers. The work she completes each month generates income that assures her that she will have stability. For this reason, she works in an organized manner and is always looking for trendy colors for her products that will satisfy her customers.

Going forward, Betzabe would like to increase her production and learn new knitting skills. This is her eighth loan with MFP and she is appreciative of the support she has obtained. The loan will allow her to invest with peace of mind. She also promises to be punctual with her payments since her Communal Bank has taught her how to be responsible. Betzabe will invest the money in the purchase of wool in bulk.
