Huancavelica, Peru / Restaurant

A loan of $600 helped to buy supplies for preparing her dishes.

Marisol's story

Marisol, age 40, is a simple woman. She lives with her husband Miguel and their three children: Rosario, Graciela, and Lucero. Marisol cares for her children in the house that they purchased 16 years ago. The work she performs every day involves preparing food at the restaurant that she opened in front of a school. Her business is doing very well since there is a lot of traffic. She also built a structure since she has many customers. Marisol begins her work when the first rays of sunlight appear and continues until sunset. Now she wants to invest the most in supplies because she has many customers and wants to finish preparing dishes more easily. This is her reason for buying in bulk.

This is her third loan with MFP and she is grateful for the support she has obtained. As a result, she can invest with peace of mind. Marisol also promises to be punctual with her payments since her Communal Bank has taught her how to be responsible. She will invest the money in the purchase of supplies for preparing her dishes.
