Abena's story

Abena is single and has 1 child. She has received no formal education. Abena sells provisions and the local dish Accra kenkey in Mpredwow, near Cape Coast. She has been doing this work for the past 3 years now. Abena uses her income to support her child. Abena will use the loan to purchase more provisions and maize for the sale of kenkey. With the profits from her expanded business, Abena plans to reinvest in her developing business.
