A loan of $1,250 helped to purchase children's cltothes and shoes.

Ivonne Del Socorro's story

Ivonne is a 38 year old working mother of three. She is the owner of a small grocery store in the city of Leon. She has been running this business for seven years where she sells anything from a sewing needle to hot peppers in single units.

Little by little she has been accumulating the sale of juices, sodas, and bottled water. During the appropriate seasons, she sells toys, oils, and canned goods. One of her ideas is to also sell clothes. This is why she is seeking a loan to purchase children's clothes and shoes. She also plans on opening an internet cafe so that she can have new ways to generate revenue and thus being able to pay her youngest daughter's tuition.
