Mrs. Mean O. lives in Samrith Chey Village in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia. She is the leader of a six-person business group. Mrs. Mean O. is a mat maker and her husband, Mr. Leang Meas, is a fisherman. He doesn't have enough fishing equipment for his fishing business. In order to improve her husband's business, Mrs. Mean O. needs to ask for a loan to buy more fishing nets for his business.

Previously, Mrs. Mean O. has obtained a loan from AMK to start her mat business. Mrs. Mean O. is 40 years old and is the mother of seven children, two of whom are employed in a garment factory while five others are enrolled in the local school.
