The Communal Bank “Dulce Sentimiento” (Sweet Sentiment) is located in the neighborhood of Caimito II in the parish of Puerto Pechiche, canton of Pueblo Viejo. The members of the Communal Bank are short-cycle farmers who grow corn, rice, and pigeon peas.

Trinidad Teresa is a farmer who grows corn, rice, and pigeon peas. In addition, she raises pigs and chickens. Her purchases and sales are conducted in the canton of Ventanas. Trinidad is requesting a loan in order to buy seeds, farming supplies, urea, weed killer, and fertilizers. This loan will be very helpful because she can buy these supplies without any problems. The challenges she faces include dealing with pests, such as army worms (a type of caterpillar that feeds on corn). Her dream is to buy a plot of land.

In her free time, Trinidad Teresa enjoys listening to music.
