Juan Edgar's story

Edgar is an enterprising man because due to his age and the lack of employment opportunities he started his own business that has now been in operation for 10 years and is well established in the marketplace. His economic activity is roasting peanuts that he buys from people who gather up the harvest leftovers. He’s married and has two children that he provides unconditional support as a father. His wife and daughter have another business selling clothes in Managua which is an additional source of income.

He currently urgently needs to buy raw materials that’s becoming available around this time to store it and remain stable and continue to supply the market he visits weekly. Because of this, he’s seen fit to visit Ceprodel to request financing to buy 30 quintals of peanuts that will increase and stabilize his production because he sell it packaged in small bags with added flavors. In this way he will improve his living conditions and his standard of living.
