A loan of $550 helped a member to buy Henna cosmetic items to continue forward with her business.


Asrar Group's story

The Asrar group consists of four females from Hodeidah-Yemen, Amal, 27 years old, had to leave school in order to help her family, which was in financial difficulty as a result of her father's retirement and severe illness. She has started her job making homemade Henna items like mixing of perfumes and creams which is used for wedding of brides. She sells it to retailers, customers and door to door.
Any shortages of her product items will cause her job to stop. That is why she has applied for a youth loan to buy the required Henna items to continue forward with her business.
Ibtisam, Khlod and Samirah are hoping to earn a good income, which will allow them to improve their families' quality of life family.
