Erick's story

Erick is a resident of Kongowea, Kenya and has a clothes shop which has been running for three years. He employs two other people. He is a married father of thirteen children. He also farms rice and sugar cane at his rural home and has a transport business, owning a motorcycle.

Erick aspires to own other larger business space from where he can sell goods. James learnt of Milango from his friends and is applying for a loan of 41,900 Kenya shillings to purchase additional stock of clothes. The challenge in the current business is the fluctuating purchase prices of clothes.

Erick believes the additional income from this loan will help him build provide good education to his children.
