They have a small piece of land at her parents' place, and live there in two rooms. They want to expand their small house, which consists of two rooms and a bathroom, and which is now very small for their family of five people.

So they are building two rooms for their children, and need funds for the floors, roof and plastering. In this way they will partially improve their living conditions.
