A loan of $475 helped to finish necessary details to be able to open his food stall and to buy merchandise for the opening.

Jesús's story

Jesús is a very hard working and responsible person. He is always looking out for the well-being of his wife and his only son. He has worked collecting burned cooking oil for the past twenty years, collecting it from various restaurants and selling it to other businesses in Monterrey on a monthly basis.

With this loan, which is the second loan that he will receive through the communal bank, he will open a food stall. He wants to buy merchandise so that when he opens his business he will have a wide variety of items to offer. The previous loan he received, he used to build a room where the food stall will be located. Now he is requesting our help again in order to finish a few details so that he can open. This will allow him to start his family business, where he and his wife will work together. His idea is that his wife will work in the mornings, while he is collecting cooking oil and in the afternoons they will work together. As a result they will be able to increase the income of their family and their son will never lack resources to support his education.
