A loan of $125 helped to purchase foodstuffs at wholesale (tomatoes, vegetables, etc.).

Barbine's story

Barbine is a woman who lives in a district of the capital. She runs a stall in a market place where she sells: okra, potatoes, and some other vegetables. Thanks to her energetic personality and her competence as a merchant, she has a growing clientele whose increasing demand is becoming hard to satisfy.

For this reason, Barbine is requesting a loan of 50,000 XAF to purchase food at wholesale. She plans to buy tomatoes, as well as vegetables, among other things. The income Barbine earns due to this loan will allow her to have more flexible capital, to improve her quality of life, and to meet the daily needs of her family.
