El Sr. Cesar tiene 41 años de edad y es de estado civil soltero, no pudo estudiar por problemas económicos y tuvo que trabajar de chofer, hace varios años ya que se dedica a la actividad de transporte de pasajeros públicos de taxi, realiza su actividad económica en la zona urbana de la ciudad de Tarija. Nos cuenta que la actividad de servicios de transporte público urbano (taxi) es su mayor y único ingreso con el que cuenta del cual depende para sostenerse económicamente; es por tal motivo que necesita un préstamo para la reparación de su vehículo ya que se le embromo la parte eléctrica y quiere rehabilitarlo poniéndolo de nuevo en servicio ya que es su herramienta de trabajo y necesita su vehículo para poder subsistir; de esta manera podrá mejorar su calidad de vida y continuar apoyando a sus familiares y poder ahorrar para mejorar su vivienda donde actualmente vive.
