A loan of $800 helped a member to buy fish and sell to customers.

Fofo Group's story

This group consists of two members. Rebecca and Christiana sell fish and cosmetics at Teshie respectively.

Rebecca is a 42-year-old fish seller. The husband, Joseph, is 40 years old and a fisherman. They have two children.

She has been selling fish for the past 23 years. She works from Mondays to Saturdays. This is her fourth loan, and she needs GHC 800 to buy more fish and sell to her customers. She has been able, out of this business, to educate her children to the high school level with the help of her husband.

The group needs a total amount of GHC 1,500 to buy more goods to sell to their customers in the community.
