A loan of $750 helped to buy merchandise.

Yeimy Raysa's story

Yeimy is from Managua. She is 30 years old and the single mother of a 13 year old son. [Yeimy] is a merchant and sells general merchandise. She started this business with her own money, buying body cream, and new and used clothing, in order to generate more income for the family. She has been a store owner for more than two years and it has been her only business. She gets some other money from her son’s father and also from her mother.

She is asking for this loan to buy different merchandise in general, such as blouses, sandals, shoes, pants, dresses, etc. She expects to be able to buy clothing that is in highest demand by her customers so she can increase her sales. Her plans for the future are to have a large clothing and shoe store to satisfy her customers’ needs. Her next goal is to improve her home’s infrastructure and give the business a better appearance.
