A loan of $2,675 helped to purchase farming equipment.

Nataliya's story

Nataliya is a farmer. Since 1987 she has been growing strawberries, currants, grapes, and tomatoes, as well as raising cereal crops.
Her husband and her two adopted children, aged 10 and 11 years, help her with the farm. She began the business growing onions and running an orchard where they have apricot, cherry, peach, pear, and apple trees.

Nataliya and her husband decided to buy equipment for a well and a pump since there are many problems with water for irrigation in their area, especially during the summer dry period, when they have to water the grape vines by hand.

Among her future plans are to expand her plantings with new varieties of grapes and raspberries, as well as to build a greenhouse for growing strawberries. Among her personal plans, she wants to buy homes for her adopted children and to provide them with an education.

She needs your help to finance the purchase of the well and pump equipment.
