Asifa's story

Ms. Asifa is a 23-year-old married woman. She got married at an early age and faced many problems in running her house. Her husband is employed in a furniture manufacturing shop and earns not enough income to provide his family with bread and butter. Eight years ago, Asifa initiated a business of tandoor (clay oven used for cooking in North India and Pakistan) to support her family.

Asifa has three children. She is motivated to provide them with a beautiful life with good education, food and clothing. She has improved her business to meet the day-to-day expenses of life.

It is Asifa’s third year with Kashf Foundation, and she is happily running her business with the support of it. Now she requested a loan of Rs. 30,000 to purchase sacks of flour with the packs of salt and oil.

She hopes to have an increase in the number of customers and desires to use the earned profits on her children’s education.
