She has been selling clothes for nine years to help her husband in making their living and responding to almost all of their customers' needs. Hiyam is a hard worker who puts so much effort in responding to customers' needs and requests to keep them pleased in a very special way.

Hiyam is applying for her first loan from Kiva partner Al Majmoua in order to expand her workplace with extra shelves and aluminum displays, in addition to a special New Year clothes collection. She is very excited for this loan because she always dreamed of doing such changes but she couldn't afford saving for such things.

Hiyam is planning to expand her work more and more through increasing the variety of products available.
